Disabled offered new library link

1 Oct 2007

A new service has begun to help people with mobility problems visit one Leicester library.

Disabled and elderly people living in the West End area are being offered a free minibus service to take them to Westcotes Library on Narborough Road.

Staff on the minibus, which will collect people from their homes, will also help users select and carry books.

The city council service will call at the library every three weeks on Tuesday afternoons.
